Mogul bikes were built in Wanganui, by Noel Anderson, father of New Zealand Representative (and Olympic medalist) Gary Anderson.
Nit many frames were built, and the tended to be out of top tubing, like this Columbus SLX model.
This bike is built with a slightly downwards sloping top tube, not quite at the 'lo pro' angle seen on some of the extreme time trial bikes of the time, but enough to get a slightly shorter head tube.
This bike was a one owner bike all it's life until coming to the collection
