The English Lotus

This was the build on the Lotus, before it came to New Zealand (as a frameset only)

Always an exciting day when a new frame arrives

Sometimes things are not as they seem. An Aerodyne sticker somewhat disguises the fact this is not an Aerodyne built frame

The finish on the English built frames is far superior to the Aerodyne versions. Where the Aerodyne frames have paint around join lines, the English built frames are just beautiful carbon weave…..

Another difference in the frames, is that there is no ‘notch on these English frames, where the end of the front derailleur cage sits. This gave the derailleur more room for adjustment

2 seat post toppers with the bike, but crucially, one was missing some parts……
